While some companies nationwide are reevaluating their diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, the Women’s Fund of Greater Fort Wayne’s sold-out annual Women in the Workplace Luncheon demonstrates that local employers continue to support and value policies that advance gender equity in their workplaces. To celebrate the release of the Women’s Fund’s fourth Allen County Workplace Scorecard, this luncheon will award local workplaces that meet or exceed national metrics for supporting women in the workplace, as measured by our Compass Survey. The fourth Women in the Workplace Luncheon will be held at Parkview Mirro Center on Wednesday, March 11.
