Feminist organizing has repeatedly proven to be a powerful antidote to impacts of conflict and crisis, and feminist collective action is vital to generating transformational change. This event explores feminist peacebuilders’ and grassroots climate defenders’ efforts to address root causes of conflict and build peace in their communities. With speakers from Democratic Republic of the Congo, Sudan, and Palestine, we will explore visionary and intersectional grassroots strategies that meet immediate needs and create lasting change.
