Director of Data and Strategic Insights

Sara Keilholtz serves as Women’s Funding Network’s Director of Data and Strategic Insights where she works closely with WFN’s leadership and program teams to analyze trends and build systems that help WFN tell the story of women’s funds.

Sara’s professional work is guided by a deep desire to understand the questions “why?” and “what can be done?” Prior to joining WFN, Sara coached nonprofits, foundations, and grassroots advocacy organizations on Salesforce database design and strategy.  She served as Executive Director of a nonprofit where she collaborated with international partners and local community members to promote cross-cultural communication and understanding. Before entering the nonprofit workforce, Sara taught argument and composition at University of Oregon, where she received departmental honors for outstanding work with students. She is a proud mother of two daughters.
