Dorothy Xuan joined the Women’s Funding Network in July 2023. Dorothy supports WFN’s leadership team and the organization overall in daily operational tasks, process improvement, and overall efficiency.

Before joining WFN, Dorothy worked in the corporate sector. She has experience working on a wide range of projects including event planning, facility management, and creating operating procedures. Earlier in her career, she served as a Recreation Specialist with Cincinnati Parks, where she was able to lead educational programs for local children and develop facility policies and practices. She’s very excited to utilize her skills in the movement space to help in the fight for equality and justice.

Dorothy holds a B.A. in Communications and minors in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Cincinnati. She is Chinese-American and loves cooking, hiking, and listening to podcasts.
