His background as an entrepreneur and community leader, including leadership roles at Catchafire and the Hult Prize Foundation, continues to shape his focus on designing accessible, mission-driven initiatives on a global scale.
Throughout his career, Cesar has brought a grounded, relational approach to expanding community programs, from establishing novel initiatives in Australia and the Caribbean to guiding incubation programs for social entrepreneurs across Latin America. His foundational work includes co-founding a social enterprise to tackle urban food insecurity in India and Ghana, experiences that deeply inform his understanding of localized, community-centered action.
