VOICE stands alongside women and girl leaders at the heart of their communities.

VOICE is a well-being resource for frontline women, girl and LGBTQIA+-led organizations working globally, supporting leaders to stay resourced, connected, and able to keep leading in a moment when feminist funding is shrinking and pressures are rising.

The challenge is clear. Leaders are carrying too much, with too little support. VOICE exists to change that balance.

VOICE builds the conditions that allow leaders to lead on their terms. They bring together care, security, technical accompaniment, peer community, and direct capital so leaders are supported in ways that reflect the realities they face. This includes work across gender-based violence prevention and response, reproductive health, migration, climate pressures, and community protection in fragile and shifting contexts. This is not about helping leaders endure more. It is about ensuring they are not carrying this work alone.
