The Haitian Women’s Collective (HWC) was founded by Haitian women who saw the urgent need to strengthen women-led organizations in Haiti and across the diaspora.

They believe lasting change happens when women lead—because they understand their communities deeply and bring resilient, innovative solutions.

They are a collective of women leaders—grounded in Haiti, rooted in the diaspora, and united by our values of equity, solidarity, and justice.

Together, they amplify women’s voices, nurture their leadership, and ensure resources reach the grassroots.
