JZM Impact Consulting
Jill Miller brings nearly two decades of experience building, scaling, and advising nonprofits, startups, and philanthropic ventures.
Before founding JZM Impact Consulting, Jill held leadership roles at Jeremiah Program, LEAP | Pecaut Centre for Social Impact, Breakthrough Schools, and the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee. Across these roles, she has distinguished herself by translating bold vision into practical systems, aligning stakeholders around shared priorities, and creating the clarity, trust, and momentum needed in moments of complexity, growth, and transition. She is uniquely skilled in scaling organizations sustainably, mobilizing catalytic capital, and designing adaptive strategies that connect vision to action.
Jill holds an MBA with honors from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a B.S. in Engineering and B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and Wharton School, and Master of Education in Educational Leadership from The Broad Center. Her academic path along with her early career in management consulting laid the foundation for the strategic focus, analytical rigor, eye for execution, and values-driven leadership that define her work.
Jill lives in Minneapolis, MN with her husband and three children, where she’s deeply connected to the local entrepreneurial and social impact ecosystems. She is actively involved in her community, serving as Board Chair of Mind Share Partners, a board member at Herzl Camp, and a program committee member for the Ann Bancroft Foundation.
