Jessica Ogden is Deputy Executive Director of ICRW-Americas and Director of the Global Coordination Unit for the International Center for Research on Women (ICRW). She helps lead ICRW Americas, and the ICRW Network’s transition to a decentralized global network, strengthening governance, strategy, and shared services across regions. A social anthropologist by training, she brings more than two decades of experience in gender equity research, policy advocacy, and organizational leadership.
