Understanding the gender gap globally in leadership, H2OO is committed to focusing on equipping young women and girls with essential education, leadership skill building, and voice amplification opportunities through its LeadHERship Initiative beginning 2026. While the next generation of leaders will inherit unprecedented environmental and social crises, few young women and girls have access to development of the practical skills needed to address these challenges. H2OO bridges this offering hands-on, real-world trainings, including in policy advocacy and public speaking, meaningful representation in decision-making spaces, and empathy-driven collaboration across diverse groups and multiple generations.
