Family Values @ Work Action (FV@W Action) is an advocacy network that builds grassroots power to win care-centered policies and defend democracy. Rooted in state-based organizing by women of color, low-wage workers, caregivers, and immigrants, the Network transforms personal struggle into collective action. We use civic engagement, policy and advocacy tactics to win for women and working families on state-wide and national levels.
