Change Elemental is a nonprofit organization that embraces the growing complexity of today’s problems as a call to summon our best selves to prefigure a world we want. In partnership with leaders, organizations, networks, and funders, Change Elemental unravels and supports the unlearning of racist, colonial, and patriarchal habits and practices that are at the root of our planetary suffering. They ground their engagements in their values and the essential elements of deep change. Change Elemental also makes their offerings available to groups with limited cash resources through their Karl Mathiasen Equity & Innovation Fund.
