Leya Elias is a social impact strategist, consultant, and systems leader connecting underrepresented founders to capital and capacity-building ecosystems.

At Echoing Green, Leya leads global sourcing to identify the world’s most visionary social entrepreneurs and connect them to catalytic support. Previously, they served as Deputy Chief of Staff at Baltimore Corps, where they launched a multi-million dollar public health pipeline for Baltimore’s next generation of trauma-informed healthcare leaders.

Originally from southeast San Francisco, Leya earned a B.A. from Stanford University as a first-generation college graduate and has been recognized locally and nationally for leading innovation, systems design, and community impact.

They are passionate about building capital ecosystems that shift power and culture, while catalyzing innovations, redefining the future.
