With a high level of acumen in executing donor relationship-building strategies and growing leadership-level giving programs, Cynthia Reddrick has advised organizations ranging from grassroots initiatives to major institutions like the Environmental Defense Fund and Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Through FRUITION Consulting for Nonprofits, Cynthia is committed to the proliferation of feminist philanthropy and advancing women’s and girls’ causes using resource mobilization strategies. She holds an MA from NYU’s Gallatin School in gender studies and philanthropy and maintains active involvement in professional organizations, such as Women of Color in Fundraising and Philanthropy and serves on various committees dedicated to advancing racial equity and philanthropic planning.
