Ms. Griffen consults nationally on two-generation approaches, workforce development, strategic planning and policy to support government, foundations, and organizations in establishing programs; improving policies and systems; and building collaborations that improve opportunity and equity for low-income populations. Her recent work includes managing a regional New England two-generation policy initiative with the Administration for Children and Families and the National Conference of State Legislatures, two-generation learning networks focused on policy and workforce development, strategic planning related to opportunity youth in Baltimore Maryland; technical assistance to integrate two-generation approaches in workforce boards, and supporting an economic inclusion learning network in southern cities. Ms. Griffen has provided technical assistance and management support to the national Working Families Success Network and for a range of career pathways programs nationally.  She has national and state policy expertise in two-generation, workforce, community, development, and work supports.
