Shruthi Jayaram

Shruthi is an Associate Partner at Dalberg Advisors, a strategy consulting firm focused on issues of social justice, equity, and mobility in the United States and beyond.  Shruthi leads Dalberg’s San Francisco Office, and her work focuses on advancing gender equality and social justice.

Shruthi’s work includes projects related to reducing domestic violence, addressing women’s time poverty, increasing women’s economic empowerment, and supporting a diverse array of actors better reflect the needs and realities of historically oppressed populations, particularly women and girls, in their work.

Shruthi serves on the Advisory Board of Career Girls, a San Francisco based non-profit that seeks to close the imagination gap between young girls and boys; as well as the San Francisco Advisory Council of Tahirih Justice Center, a non-profit focused on immigrant survivors of violence in the SF Bay Area. Shruthi is the co-founder of the Gender Breakfast, a network of 150+ gender equality advocates in the Bay Area; which was featured on WFN’s blog here.
