Women’s Foundations and Funds: A Landscape Study
May 22 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
Join WFN Chief Strategist, Marcia Coné, and Doctoral Candidate, School of Public Administration, the University of Nebraska Omaha, Elizabeth Gillespie for an exclusive WFN member webinar exploring the key findings from the latest report, “Women’s Foundations and Funds: A Landscape Study,” to be released Tuesday May 14. This report is the first landscape report about women’s foundation and funds in 10 years.
Using research conducted by Elizabeth Gillespie, with funding from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation via the Women’s Philanthropy Institute at the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, the much-needed new report explores patterns across more than 200 women’s foundations and funds, and examines what women’s foundations and funds have in common, and how their grant-making approaches vary. Learn about the implications the report has for organizations and individuals in the way we approach creating change in our own communities; the trends in the women’s funding movement, and the challenges and opportunities that lay ahead as informed by the research.
This is a member-only webinar. If you are interested in learning more about membership and joining this webinar, please contact us at email@example.com, or visit our membership page.
