Our Mission
to Dismantle Poverty
The Women’s Economic Security Campaign (WESC) uses the power and resources of women’s funds across the U.S. to increase opportunity for low-income women and their families. We strive to elevate the voices of women’s funds to ensure that the problems faced by women living in poverty and their families are at the center of efforts to fix America's economy and create opportunity for all U.S residents. Our tools include public policy, advocacy, public education and grantmaking to organizations that work to eliminate poverty by supporting women struggling to overcome economic insecurity.
