Women's Sports Foundation

The Women’s Sports Foundation—the leading authority on the participation of women and girls in sports—advocates for equality, educates the public, conducts research and offers grants to promote sports and physical activity for girls and women.

Founded by Billie Jean King in 1974, the Women’s Sports Foundation builds on her legacy as a champion athlete, advocate of social justice and agent of change. We strive for gender equity and fight discrimination in sports.

Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America

Women of all ages, in more than 7,000 congregational and special units in the United States and the Caribbean, carry out the mission of Women of the ELCA: mobilizing women to act boldly on their faith in Jesus Christ.

Women & Public Policy Program (Associate Member)

The Women and Public Policy Program of Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government was founded with the internal goal of incorporating an understanding of gender perspectives on public policy into the education of future and current leaders trained at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, and the external goal of contributing to the canon of scholarship on women and public policy.

Third Wave Foundation

Third Wave is a feminist, activist foundation that works nationally to support young women and transgender youth ages 15 to 30. Through strategic grantmaking, leadership development, and philanthropic advocacy, we support groups and individuals working towards gender, racial, economic, and social justice.

The Sister Fund

The Sister Fund currently dedicates most of its resources to defining and supporting Faith and Feminism. This means that The Sister Fund supports programs and activities that build faith values in support of full equality and social justice for all, particularly for women and girls. We challenge society's perverted applications of scripture that would exclude or demean women.
The Sister Fund's work is defined by four main strategies:
-Name and validate both historical and contemporary examples of faith-fueled feminism.

Disability Funders Network (Associate Member)

Disability Funders Network (DFN) is a national membership and philanthropic advocacy organization that seeks equality and rights for disabled individuals and communities by bridging philanthropic resources, disability and community. DFN envisions an empowered and functioning democracy with full equality under the law, equal access to services, unconditional respect for difference and the meaningful participation of all communities at tables where decisions are made.

Association of Black Foundation Executives (Associate Member)

ABFE's vision: Our members are a catalyst for advancing philanthropic practices that build on a tradition of self-help, empowerment, and excellence to solve the challenges faced in Black communities.

ABFE's Objectives:

  • To grow Black leadership and participation within organized philanthropy.
  • To enhance the effectiveness of philanthropic leaders and institutions that fund and invest in Black communities.
  • To increase the allocation of philanthropic resources that address priority issues in Black communities.
