Hunt Alternatives Fund, a family foundation based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA, provokes sustainable social change through a blend of operating and grantmaking programs. Since its founding in Denver in 1981, we have contributed more than $80 million toward a wide spectrum of social issues.

New Mexico is a state of contrasts. The beauty and richness of the state’s stunning geography, diverse communities and generous people stand in stark contrast against a backdrop of pervasive poverty and persistent disparities, including social and economic challenges for New Mexico’s women of color.

HER Fund promotes and defends the rights of women and girls in Hong Kong in all aspects of life and work through fund-raising, grantmaking and stimulating a culture of giving for social change.

In November 2004, the Board of Directors of the Waukesha County Community Foundation established the Women and Girls Fund of Waukesha County. Distributions from the Fund will be directed toward support of programs and projects that benefit women and girls in Waukesha County.

Objectives:

The Women’s Sports Foundation—the leading authority on the participation of women and girls in sports—advocates for equality, educates the public, conducts research and offers grants to promote sports and physical activity for girls and women.

Founded by Billie Jean King in 1974, the Women’s Sports Foundation builds on her legacy as a champion athlete, advocate of social justice and agent of change. We strive for gender equity and fight discrimination in sports.
