Help us create a fun and festive atmosphere at conference this year by making a table centerpiece showcasing your fund’s unique region, culture, history, or impact!
Centerpieces will be on display for the duration of the conference in one of our general session plenary rooms. Centerpieces will need to be set up Thursday morning between 8:00AM – 11:00AM and will be kept on the tables during conference events including meal and plenary functions.
Ideas for centerpieces include:
- Tapestries / Fabric
- Pictures
- Figurines
- Artwork
Specifications for tables and centerpieces:
- Tables are 66 inches in diameter
- If you are planning on using a floor length table cloth, the diameter is 132 inches
- The decor in the center of the table should not take up more than 36 inches in diameter and should not be taller than 12 inches
While we defiinitely encourage creativity in designing you centerpiece, please refrain from using the following items:
- Audio visual elements
- Easles
- Literature about your fund
