The Women’s Foundation of California envisions a California that is healthy, safe, and economically prosperous for all. They believe that women & girls are the agents of change in their communities, homes, schools and environments. By investing in women, the Foundation help create an agenda that promotes economic prosperity, advocacy networks and movement building. Since 1979, the Foundation has awarded more than $24 million in grants to 1,200+ community-based organizations across California. In addition, they also support capacity building and provide public policy training to women leaders.
