Woman Creates Program to Help Young, Struggling Moms

WFAA-TV Report: A study by the Dallas Women's Foundation shows more than a quarter of the homes in North Texas are run by women. Yet, one out of every five of lives below the poverty line. Women all over North Texas want to change those numbers.
