Senior Development Officer for Individual Giving, Mama Cash

Mama Cash is looking for a Senior Development Officer for Individual Giving for 32 hours a week.

JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Development Officer for Individual Giving (SDO) works under the Director of Development and Communications. The SDO plays a key role in coordinating Mama Cash’s strategy and policy development in the areas of fundraising from individual donors. The SDO is principally responsible for the coordination, growth and productivity of Mama Cash’s direct marketing fundraising targeted to core and mid level donors and supervises all team members of the Individual Giving team. The SDO contributes actively to the organisation’s financial base by increasing income and diversifying income sources for Mama Cash. The SDO contributes to the integration of development objectives throughout the organization.
